Big Brother Célébrités is the Quebec adaptation of the famous international reality TV show, specially designed to feature public figures. This production by Banijay and Groupe Entourage is hosted by singer Marie-Mai Bouchard.
Inspired by the American and Canadian English-language versions, the show brings together a group of Quebec celebrities in a house fully equipped with cameras and microphones, where every move and conversation is recorded. Cut off from the outside world, without access to the Internet or their phones, the participants must take on weekly challenges to gain power and immunity.
As the eliminations progress, the contestants vote to evict their housemates. The last two standing appear before a jury composed of former evicted contestants, who determine the grand winner. In addition to a cash prize, the winner receives a donation to a charity of their choice as well as other rewards offered by the show's sponsors.
