We're thinking big! The first marked trend for this year is that ceramic and porcelain tile formats are getting bigger... Square formats measuring 24 inches by 24 are proliferating, as are very large rectangular formats . In the same vein, we're also thinking long: very long tiles that have recently appeared on the market measure 8 inches by 48 inches or 18 inches by 36 inches.
Still very present, glass paste is perfectly suited to a refined decor... Backsplashes made of very small shapes (square, round or rectangular) of glass paste (1 in and 2 in) reflect the light and add a very glamorous effect to a kitchen or bathroom.
When it comes to colors, natural shades are popular. Taupes, beiges and warm grays always add softness and warmth to a decor.
Another recent trend: 3D ceramic wall tiles. Creating a strong visual impact, they are nevertheless very affordable. Their use literally sculpts the room that hosts them and inevitably attracts attention.
